Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Veronica grew up in a lively Puerto Rican household where food, family, and culture went hand in hand. Taught by her mother Alicia, she learned how to cook meals that were both comforting and nourishing — the kind of food that brings people together. Later, she deepened her love for healthy cooking through the bold flavors and traditions of her extended Moroccan family.
