Meet the Founder & CEO

Dr. Veronica Allende

Veronica is an experienced educator, school administrator, and lifelong learner who believes in nurturing growth — both in learning environments and around the kitchen table.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Veronica grew up in a lively Puerto Rican household where family, culture, and home-cooked meals were at the heart of everyday life. She learned the art of cooking from her mother, Alicia, developing a love for creating delicious, healthy dishes that honor her roots. Her interest in food was later enriched by the vibrant flavors and traditions she discovered through her extended Moroccan family.

Beyond education, Veronica enjoys spending her time creating and sharing healthy recipes inspired by her travels and personal commitment to wellness. She believes that cooking nutritious, flavorful meals is one of the best ways to nourish both body and soul. Whether she's testing a new dish, whipping up a vibrant salad, or reimagining family favorites with a healthy twist, she loves making healthy eating simple, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.
